Although we strive to provide the best and most accurate sizing recommendations,  we understand that sometimes things don't always work out. If you ever have a sizing or styling question please feel free to reach out via email to hello@honeyandlemon.com, you can also send a message to our Facebook Page inbox, and a honey from our team will get back to you.

We give detailed sizing, material content, and fit on the Honey and Lemon app to help you make an informed and confident decision on the pieces you choose to purchase. Before you buy, or before you feel like an item must be returned...feel free to reach out to the Honey and Lemon team with your style and sizing questions. RETURN POLICY

  • You have 30 days to return unwanted item(s) for store credit, however a 10% restocking fee will apply to returns that are received after 14 days from the time your order was delivered. (2 weeks)
  • Approved return requests must be mailed within 3 business days of the approval, or else the shipping label will be voided, and you will be responsible for processing the return on your end​.
  • Approved returns are refunded as store credit only and will not be refunded back to original payment method.
  • Enjoy 2 free returns per calendar year (no restocking fee + we cover cost of return shipping) as long as your return request is within our 14 day grace period + item is shipped within 3 days of the approved return request.
  • All returns after the 2 free per calendar year, will have the cost of shipping deducted from the store credit return.
  • ​Return requests received after 14 days, but before 30 days, will be subject to 10% restocking fee + cost of return shipping.
  • Return requests past 30 days ARE NOT permitted and WILL NOT be accepted.
  • Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee we will have your desired item and size of preference in stock.

 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags intact, or else they do not qualify for a return for store credit
  • Any items that smell like perfume/cigarette smoke, have deodorant/makeup stains, and/or contain pet hair do not qualify for a return for store credit. 
  • Please immediately inspect your order and communicate any damaged or defected pieces by emailing us at hello@honeyandlemon.com we want to take care of you!
  • Damaged and/or defective merchandise must be communicated within 3 business day of receiving your order to ensure reasonable and fair resolution.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE, valued under $25, discounted more than 30%, or purchased with Honey Money and or Tier Rewards DO NOT qualify for a return.
  • ​Allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be issued.

IN-STORE RETURNS

  • All returns including in-store returns must be processed through our Return Center available under your account on the Honey and Lemon app or on our website honeyandlemon.com
  • Once you've completed your return request on our Return Center, you will be given an RMA#, provide this number to the Honey and Lemon team member receiving your in-store return.
  • If you are dropping off a return to our store without submitting the request on the Return Center, please have your order number to your return prepared to provide to our Honey and Lemon team member.
  • 10% restocking fee still applies to in-store returns received past our 14 day return window.
  • In-store returns that are past 30 days are not permitted and will not be accepted.
  • Allow 3-5 business for your return to be processed and store credit to be issued

QUEEN BEE AND BEE'S KNEES TIER MEMBERS

  • Rewards Members in these tiers may request to redeem 1500 Honey Money points in exchange for a free return that falls under our 14 day return grace period. 
  • Any request to redeem Honey Money points for a free return received after 14 days but before 30 day's will still incur the 10% late restocking fee, however will not have the cost of return shipping deducted from return credit.
  • Requests to cash in Honey Money points for a return that is past 30 days is not permitted.

  • Anything purchased with Honey Money Rewards or Tier Rewards​
  • Sale Items (One's and Two's, $20 Tuesday, Watch It Drop Wednesday)
  • Monthly Boxes 
  • Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
  • Bodysuits, Intimates and Swimwear are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
  • Promotional items or freebie items are NOT ELIGIBLE for Returns. 
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns, Accessories include the following:
  • Jewelry
  • Hats, Scarves
  • Handbags
  • Belts 
  • Food/Beverage/Candy Items
  • Cups/Mugs/Glasses
  • Makeup/Soap/Bodycare
  • Hair Accessories 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

We issue store credit for your return based on which platform your purchase was made through:

  • If your returned item was purchased through a Facebook live show, or Facebook post, or the Honey and Lemon app, your shopper profile through honeyandlemon.commentsold.com and/or Honey and Lemon app account, will be credited the cost of the item minus the cost of the return shipping, any promotional items and/or discounts, and/or restocking fees if applicable.
  • If your returned item was purchased through our website honeyandlemon.com, you will be emailed an e-gift card for the cost of the returned item minus the cost of the return shipping cost, any promotional items and/or discounts, and/or restocking fees if applicable.​
